You and your passengers will have access to each others contact details once you accept a booking request from them so you can chat further and finalise additional details to plan the day of the flight. N.B. Any exchange of contact details prior to a booking is prohibited, and if there if we suspect that a pilot is trying to bypass the platform, your account may be temporarily suspended.

What do I do if a passenger wants to use a Gift card or voucher to book the flight?
Whether it is a discount code or a Gift Card, the passenger will need to enter the voucher code at checkout when paying for the flight of their choice on Wingly. This has no bearing on you as the pilot, you will still be paid their full share of the cost.
