How do I use my availability calendar?
The calendar feature is really important as it effectively allows you to share your flexibility with Wingly passengers. If you are going away on holiday or taking some time off, you can ‘pause’ your flexible flights by creating an absence event on your availability calendar. Do I have to pay to use Wingly?
The Wingly platform is completely free to use for pilots. There are no management or usage costs for using the platform. When a flight is carried out on Wingly, the pilot receives the "complete" share of the flight costs from the passengers. The Wingly commissions are paid only by the passengers.

When I upload my documents, it asks me for an expiry date but it doesn't have one. What do I do?
Please put the expiry date of your last rating applicable to any flights you may post, rather than the expiry date of your licence. If you have multiple ratings (for example an SEP and MEP) and intend on utilising both for Wingly flights, once one of these expires we will temporarily remove the relevant flights until you have resubmitted a copy of your licence with your re-vali
