Why do I have to pay before my flight happens?

After Wingly receives the booking confirmation, the amount you owe the pilot will be charged to your account. This money will be set aside by Wingly until your flight has been completed, and transferred to the pilot once we receive confirmation that the flight has taken place. If your flight is cancelled make sure to let us know as soon as possible to ensure you receive a full refund, which will be back in your account within 48 hours.
