The pilot hasn't responded to my message, what do I do now?

First of all you should know that Wingly pilots are not Wingly employees, they are private pilots who fly for pleasure on their own free time in order to make you discover the magic of flying. That's why it is possible that they may not respond immediately to your requests because of their own external schedule.

In case of a flight reservation request, the pilot has 48 hours to accept/refuse or propose other dates. After this time, the booking request is automatically cancelled and you will be refunded on the payment method used when the booking request was made (Credit Card, Paypal, Gift Card).

If you try to reach a pilot through the Wingly messaging system and remain without answer for a few days, we invite you to contact us directly at info@wingly.io or by phone on +44 1905 57 0566. We will try to contact them ourselves, to ask them to check their Wingly messaging system. We can also help you find the flight of your dreams! Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 (GMT), outside of these hours, a member of our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
