My flight with a passenger did not happen, how do I cancel it?

If your flight did not take place and you had passengers booked on the flight, please ensure you cancel via the Pilot App or the website. If you want to change the date and reschedule the flight, please ensure to notify your passengers and keep them updated with the status of the flight. You can cancel the flight at any point at your discretion and your passengers will receive a full refund.

How do I cancel a flight on Wingly?

The stages of cancelling a flight:

Log into your Wingly account and choose the "flight management" option under the "cockpit" tab, in the top right of the page:



Under the booked flights section, you will have a list of your future flights. On the right side of the flight you wish to cancel, you will see three dots, click on the three dots and then cancel flight:
