Is my adventure guaranteed?

Wingly is not an airline but a platform for connecting private pilots offering vacant seats with passengers curious to discover the Earth from the sky so that they can share the cost of the flight together. Wingly's main ambition is to allow as many people as possible to discover the joys of light aviation.

However, the latter is subject to many constraints such as the weather, the availability of the aircraft or the mechanical training of the aircraft. Constraints that can lead to postponements or cancellations of flights.

Furthermore, it is important to know that Wingly pilots are not Wingly employees, they are private pilots who fly for pleasure on their own free time in order to make you discover the magic of flying. That is why it is possible that their schedule may change at the last moment and they may find themselves forced to cancel or postpone the flight. They do not provide a commercial service and do not make any profit. The pilot participates, as do the passengers, in the cost of the flight.

The pilot, in his capacity as pilot-in-command, is solely responsible for the decision whether or not to fly. Passengers must under no circumstances try to influence the pilot, who alone can assess whether the weather conditions are favourable for a safe and pleasant flight.

Nevertheless, a pilot starts to prepare his flight several days in advance, so it is possible that he will be able to inform you in advance about future weather trends. Do not hesitate to ask your pilot for confirmation a few days before the flight.

For obvious safety reasons, Wingly pilots are under no obligation to fly and we cannot guarantee that the flight will take place on the date initially agreed with the pilot.

Of course in case of cancellation by the pilot, you will automatically be refunded the full amount paid within two to three working days.

➡️ You are then directly refunded on the means of payment used at the time of the reservation request (Credit Card, Paypal, Gift Card).

P.S: As a reminder in the event of payment by Gift Card, your card is then re-credited with the amount used at the time of the booking request and can be used again with the same code on all the flights of the platform.
