I have been gifted a specific flight, can I apply this voucher to a different flight?

This is sometimes the case if you're unable to book the flight you've been gifted due to extenuating circumstances or alternatively, you find a flight you prefer and feel would be better suited for you, you're welcome to use your voucher code on another flight despite the gift voucher being for a specific flight.

When any Gift voucher is bought, be it a gift voucher with simply a pre-credited amount or if it a specific flight that has been gifted, you can redeem the voucher on *any flight you like.

If the price of the flight you're looking to book is more than the gift voucher amount, you will have to pay the difference

If you're looking to book the specific flight you have been gifted, you're welcome to contact us directly at info@wingly.io and we'll be happy to look into this for you. Alternatively, you can search for the city of the gifted flight and choose a flight from the list proposed.

Gift cards purchased through our external partners promotional campaigns follow the policy detailed on our partners websites.

Can I personalize the gift card?

➡️ Gift cards cannot be personalised, however, there is space to personalise it yourself when it arrives.

Can the gift card be used on all flights?

➡️ You can use the gift card on all flights available on our platform.

How long is the gift card valid?

➡️ The gift card is valid for one year.

Is the validity period of the gift card extendable?

➡️ Only a gift card purchased via our platform can be extended on request at info@wingly.io during its period of validity.

➡️ A gift card purchased through a partner site is not extendable.

What are the delivery times?

➡️ With the Premium option, you will receive the card within 3 to 5 working days.

➡️ With the Digital option, you receive your card instantly in digital format by email.

Can I give it directly to someone else?

➡️ You can have the Premium card sent directly to the person you wish to give it to.

I would like to offer a flight for two people, do I have to offer 2 gift cards?

➡️ Only one card is required, all you have to do is match the amount of the gift card with a flight for two passengers when you purchase.

Can I use 2 different gift cards to make a booking request on the same flight?

➡️ Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with the same reservation request.

Can I extend promotional Gift Cards, e.g: Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Christmas deals?

➡️ Buy-one-get-one free and all other marketing offers are not eligible for extension.

For digital Gift Cards, you will receive the Gift Card straight to your inbox ready to print off at home. For premium Gift Cards, you will also receive a digital version straight to your inbox and we will prepare the physical Gift Card and ship it to the provided postal address. All orders made before 5pm on weekdays should be shipped on the same day and should arrive within 3-5 working days.
