How does the availability calendar work?

The calendar feature is really important as it effectively allows you to share your flexibility with Wingly passengers. If you are going away on holiday or taking some time off, you can ‘pause’ your flexible flights by creating an absence event on your availability calendar. This way, you don’t have to worry about bookings and request while you’re off relaxing.

The different stages of updating your calendar:

Log into your Wingly pilot's account and choose the "cockpit" tab in the top right of the page:



If you are blocking off one date, click on the date twice:



If you are blocking off a period of consecutive days, click on the first date, and then hover to the final date, before clicking on that one:



If you are trying to delete a date that was initially blocked. Click on the blocked date, and where it says remove availability, click "delete":

A good management of your calendar allows you to really save time when managing your booking requests. This is why we encourage you to be as rigorous as possible in managing your calendar.
