How do I offer alternative dates on a booking?

If you find that you've had a passenger make a booking for a date you're not available on, you are able to offer alternative dates before cancelling the booking.

First, you can follow the steps as shown in this article here: https://help.wingly.io/en/article/how-do-i-accept-a-passengers-request-on-one-of-my-flights-elon35/

From there, you click 'Reschedule',



This should appear & from here, you can choose 5 dates from the calendar,



Once you have chosen the dates, you will be taken to this page where you must choose a reason as to why you would like to reschedule and write a message to the passenger. Click 'reschedule' and this will be sent to the passenger.



If you choose 'Aircraft availability' as the reason to reschedule, please state whether it is simply that the aircraft is booked on that day or whether the aircraft is under maintenance. If the aircraft is out of service, you must adjust your availability calendar accordingly. You'll find your calendar to amend here: https://www.wingly.io/en/users/calendar
