How do I add my second Gift Card when booking a flight?

Unfortunately, only one Gift Card can be used per booking as Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with one another, as stated in our Gift Card policy.

Can I personalize the gift card?

➡️ Gift cards cannot be personalised, however, there is space to personalise it yourself when it arrives.

Can the gift card be used on all flights?

➡️ You can use the gift card on all flights available on our platform.

How long is the gift card valid?

➡️ The gift card is valid for one year.

Is the validity period of the gift card extendable?

➡️ Only a gift card purchased via our platform can be extended on request at info@wingly.io during its period of validity.

➡️ A gift card purchased through a partner site is not extendable.

What are the delivery times?

➡️ With the Premium option, you will receive the card within 3 to 5 working days.

➡️ With the Digital option, you receive your card instantly in digital format by email.

Can I give it directly to someone else?

➡️ You can have the Premium card sent directly to the person you wish to give it to.

I would like to offer a flight for two people, do I have to offer 2 gift cards?

➡️ Only one card is required, all you have to do is match the amount of the gift card with a flight for two passengers when you purchase.

Can I use 2 different gift cards to make a booking request on the same flight?

➡️ Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with the same reservation request.

Can I extend promotional Gift Cards, e.g: Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Christmas deals?

➡️ Buy-one-get-one free and all other marketing offers are not eligible for extension.
