How do I accept a rescheduled booking?

When making a booking, sometimes the pilot you book with won't be free on the date you have selected. Not to worry! Most of the time, the pilot will offer alternative dates for you. You'll find a picture guide on how to accept alternative dates below.

When you log into your Wingly account, you'll be directed to the below page where you're able to click on the 'Rescheduled dates' notification. Alternatively, you can find this page by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner and then going to 'Dashboard'

From here, you will see a message from the pilot explaining why the original date doesn't work for them.

Scroll down past the message from the pilot to find the alternative dates offered.

From here, as indicated below, you are welcome to click on the date you'd like to accept.

Click on the circle of the date you'd like to accept

This message will appear to confirm that you have chosen a date and then you are able to tailor a message to the pilot.



Finally, you will be taken to the message page with the pilot where you're able to contact them to let them know that you have accepted the alternative date. From here, you are also welcome to offer an alternative time if the time on the date selected doesn't work best for you.
